Blueberry Almond Milk

Make homemade Almond Mylk! Almond Mylks available in grocery stores may contain additives,preservatives, & artificial sweeteners. Making your own is satisfying & delicious, with no added unnecessary ingredients. 
Soak almonds in water for several hours or overnight.  
Combine 1 cup almonds with 3 cups water, 3 dates, 1 tsp vanilla bean & a pinch of salt.  
Blend until smooth. Sieve through a nut mylk bag or cheesecloth. Nut mylk bags are inexpensive, available at POWER HOUSE & most health food stores.
